Dr. Eric Brand, L.Ac., PhD.

Eric Brand is a Chinese medicine practitioner with a passion for materia medica and herbal quality discernment. After graduating from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2003, Eric spent over a decade pursuing academic and clinical opportunities in Asia. He earned his PhD at the School of Chinese Medicine at Hong Kong Baptist University in the field of Chinese herbal pharmacy, and he remains engaged in teaching and research. Eric is the Deputy General Manager for Beijing Tongrentang (USA), and serves as a TCM advisor to the American Herbal Pharmacopoeia. He has written or translated a variety of modern and classical texts and peer-reviewed articles, and is the founder of the granule company Legendary Herbs.

Dr. Heidi Bartlett, L.Ac.

Dr. Heidi Bartlett, L.Ac., graduated from Five Branches University (Doctorate) and the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College, Berkeley (Masters). She is an integrative medicine intern at Highland Hospital in Oakland, California.

Dr. Jordan Wheeler, LAc

Dr. Jordan Wheeler, LAc has been studying natural medicine for the last 10 years, first obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Herbal Sciences from Bastyr University in Seattle. He then earned his Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACTCM) in San Francisco in 2013. Having completed the didactic portion of the Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from ACTCM, Jordan has since switched to the transitional Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine to focus on integrative medicine care.

Dr. Michael Corradino, L.Ac

Dr. Michael Corradino, Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and Founder/CEO of Neuropuncture LLC, graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, Cum Laude, in 1995 with his Masters in Traditional Oriental Medicine after studying molecular biology at Seton Hall University. Dr. Corradino is a published author and international speaker in the area of neuroscience and acupuncture, and he is currently involved in groundbreaking research with electro-acupuncture and stem cell proliferation, spinal cord injury, opioid titration, and oncology. Currently Michael has a private practice in San Diego, while developing and teaching Neuropuncture globally.

Elena Roemer is passionate about integrative mental health and making medicine more accessible. She received her degree at UC Santa Cruz and while studying western herbalism and enthnobotany. Jessica Dafni, LMT & RYT is an artisan Thai bodywork therapist and writer practicing and teaching therapeutic Traditional Thai Bodywork, Herbal Therapies, and Traditional Thai Yoga in Maine and elsewhere. Jessica is also an acupuncture intern, herbalist, certified clinical hypnotherapist and an all around health and wellness explorer. Kaitlin Downes, LAc

Kate Downes is a health writer and acupuncturist. She graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Seneca Falls, New York and later practiced in her hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana. While she enjoys using Chinese medicine to help a variety of issues, she has extensive training in treating women’s health conditions.
